Pros
Flavors are awesome and that's why i purchased this product. Put a few pouches in your pocket and get ready to add sriracha flavor to any meal. Love the easy to cart packaging.
Plastic is a little thicker than other condiment packets which makes it more durable for extended carry. They stay sealed. With a box of individual packets this big, it is cool to share a packet with a lowly scrub once in awhile.
I keep them in my purse and they always save me from boand food. Some in my work bag, and some in my jeep center compartment.

Hot sauces are usually ok at room temp but for long term storage i would not want an access point for bad stuff to get in
