You gotta make sure you have sram derailleur for this shifter to work properly i bought two of these and thought they where bad than i found out that if you have different brand of derailleur this shifter wont work properly

The location of the high gear lever is very weird compared to shimano

The old x5 shifter broke around the top of the casing near the bracket but it wasnt the bracket itself
