I hesitated about installing these due to the sram hub profile but have found that if the correct spacers are used and the lock nut is tightened properly the hub should not be damaged by the sram weight saving shark fin hub profile
Make sure you use a spacer when installing onto an 11 speed hub as advised by the wheelhub manufacturer or else you will probably see damage as there is very little contact area between the cassette and the hub
