Pros
Good product, but would never be mistaken for high-quality more-expensive components. They are noticeably better than the microshift ones. I believe they are also safer because you maintain better control of the handlebars when you shift.

But due to how the cable is routed inside the shifter there is a high chance of fraying when using cables that were already cut

Even after dealing with conversion from friction shifters to click shifters and getting the cable stops correct it was still not shifting properly
