Pros & Cons
Pros
Use it on smd rework projects. Sra's tacky flux has the least number of toxic chemicals as compared to others.
Highlights
Quality
Great rework flux very good with qfp tsop soics when using drag soldering holds up to heat very well
It cleans up well and does its job well it removes the corrosion and acts as a wetting agent
Allows for easy repositioning of smd’s but also is sticky enough to hold things together until reflow
Use it with confidence but clean it after assembly is complete
Shipping
I ordered this on a wednesday and got it in less than a week
Competitiveness
The only real difference that between chipquik and this tacky flux is the smell when the flux burns off
The chipquik gives off a slightly better smell while the tf5000 smells of burning purell
Other than that one thing it worked as well as the chipquik
