Pros

Handheld has nice pressure. It's a toggle that shuts one and opens the other. Diverter looks solid. Only thing i am not very satisfied with is the handheld showerhead.

The wall-mounted rainfall shower head is incredibly effective, and it's perfect for those who want a luxurious shower experience. Installation is a breeze with the sun shower head. Good design, low cost, good instructions and easy to install.

Cons

Customer service is awful for this company. The "warranty" the product supposedly has is a joke. No issues with seller refunding my money quickly. Returned per contractor.

The styling is great, where this unit lacks is the flimsy control valve that sits behind the wall. The handle is broken within in 6 months. Shower head spikes are white and not black for the black matte finish we chose.

I was missing the 2 check valves but sunrise customer service was very helpful and are sending them out to me

We had 2 issues and contacted the company for the same and they were very quick to send us the replacement parts honoring the warranty
