Pros
The spray is strong and satisfying. Very nice and soothing addition to my shower. Its a solid drenching of water.
This is great. Perfect displacement. Pressure is perfect. It really is awesome. She is 100% right…it's incredible.
Head pivots to position where needed. Comes with cotton gloves and plumbers tape. Brushed nickel finish.
Cons
No matter how much sealant tape i use, it leaks water over the top of the shower head while the water is on. Without enough water pressure, tying to fill up a glass to rinse the walls and corners takes forever.
The high pressure nozzles on this shower head failed. The company did not respond to requests for a replacement. Their phone number directs you to their email. Amazon has provided a refund.

You can see from the picture i received two different heads both 12 x 12 in size the one on the left has 169 jets and came with spare jets the other on the right only 112 jets and no spare jets i contacted vendor here was their first responsehiim very sorry to bring you this situation because we have two kinds of rain shower head and our products are sent through amazon so there is no control over which one is sent to you

Thanksritopretty sad when you cant control your own product inventory but i think its a misrepresentation as the photos in the product description clearly show 169 jets and the 169 one works much better
