Pros

Love the handheld part and switch between that and the overhead several times throughout a shower. The pipes were put in at the perfect height. If you are shorter be careful standing on a stool while the water is running.

Quick, friendly, solved my problem. Highly recommend this product. Will recommend 1000%.

The matte black looks amazing next to the white tile we chose. It looks very nice, though the chrome could have been more shiny.
