Pros

The matte black looks very nice and high end. They look fantastic and feel great. The finish ( matte chrome) is easy to keep clean. Very satisfied with this product.

The shower head allows for a relaxing rainfall effect. I use it to mostly to rinse off the shower walls before i exit and as a last rinse of my hair.

The shower wand is wonderful. The hand held sprayer on the adjustable bar is really nice too. On full spray, the wand pressure is quite forceful, which makes it easy to rinse shampoo out of your hair or for a more invigorating shower.

Cons

The shower wand doesn't even fit in the holder. There are literally graphic directions printed on the turning *.

Have reached out to customer service, waiting to hear. The warranty is basically invalid. Added hammer arrestor and did not fix it.

Very well made and easy to install for new construction

It is made very well and the water pressure is great

Not so good 1 at half volume the mixer makes a whine indicative of turbulent flow in the valve

Adding to this review a few days after it was installed water does not shut off completly and drips a little even though handle is shutoff

It did take my husband a bit of quiet time to install it but totally worth the money

I’m surprised how good this product is considering the price

Thought it was a bit pricey at first but you just cant find these at the hardware store

Everything was packaged very nicely and extra spare parts were included

Each stainless item was wrapped in a cloth bag i was very impressed with everything

We havent installed this yet but the packaging is clearly heavy duty and appears to be good material

Quality is better than more expensive brands

This system costs 100s of dollars less than any of the name brands and our plumber claimed the quality is just as good if not better
