Pros
The rainfall shower is absolutely tremendous. It actually cuts our shower time in half. And it really helps with cleaning the shower. Will provide update later.
The materials are all quality. Solidly constructed, the unit looks great, and performs even better. Very satisfied with it. My only complaint is the h and c for hot and cold are printed on the exterior plate in a very ugly way.
It is up to the installer to reengineer or figure out. I'm not a plumber, but since i was down to the joists, the install was actually pretty simple. Use this in an apartment garage remodel conversion.
The hand held sprayer is perfect for my very xl great dane to bathe in. The handheld shower is also great.
Cons
If there was a problem with debris in the water, touching the * would not clear it. If you want a lot of pressure, this is not for you.

Plenty of margin for errors on the valve placement where its not obvious if its a little deeper or more shallow than intended

Probably some personal preference there but i have to partially close the valve to not get pressure washed in the face

Also there is not a mix setting where the rain head and shower head both flow at the same time

Not necessarily a deal breaker but does put someone in the cold in a tandem shower scenario

The water doesnt even touch me if im standing beside of it

The only way i have been able to use the handheld is by taking it off the holder and holding it on my head to rinse the shampoo out
