Pros

I am satisfied with the product and it is a great find! It rivals the electrolyte sticks at the grocery store.

It really helps with hydration if you're drinking lots of water. My husband and i both workout a lot and this helps with keeping me hydrated.

One packet is plenty for a 20 ounce bottle of water. Even with the 10ish unusaypackets, it’s still way cheaper than other hydro sticks. Only caveat is store in a dry place in air tight container.

Cons

The powder is hard and once mixed taste terrible. In every single packet there are small black flecks that don't dissolve and make the drink taste significantly more bitter.

I wanted them for hangover kits for a birthday party so i needed a good amount without having to pay 80100 bucks on them

Plus it’s cheaper than buying any of the premade drinks
