I hate mesh colanders this thing can just collapse and pop right into the dishwasher

And having the extension arms to hold it over the sink so that you dont have to balance a colander on the bottom when draining your pasta then the sink fills with hot water cause you forgot the sink stopper in there and then you gotta try to flick the stopper out with your dish scrubby without burning yourself
