My house is very big and i use a mop for cleaning almost every day and i am really satisfied very good quality

I love that i don’t have to touch the mop and the dirty water doesn’t mix with the clean water

I did have an issue with the dirty water bucket but their customer service reached out and took care of the issue right away

I did reach out to the company who offered an exchange but by then my packaging was destroyed by bored teenagers

The packaging was incredible so imagine my surprise when i saw the big dent that was at the bottom which affected the water compartment

Its a functionable mop that is easy to clean

I have a toodler which means i am mopping my floor constantly with this mop i have been able to clean faster and there is no back pain

It had to be wrapped that way in the warehouse of the manufacturer
