Pros

It works great, but i think i would have preferred the normal height. This + psyllium husk and my gi tract is clean and clear. Bought this to address some difficulty in the bathroom.

This device is very large and looks as though it belongs in a nursing home. It is rather flimsy. It just looks super cheap and shows any spec of dirt because the cheap plastic is an static electricity magnet. It's uncomfortable, bulky and in the way.

Amazon says it is not returnable even though it was ordered through prime. Was not able to return with original packaging and unused product.

This is so disgusting and unsanitary! It is impossible to remove that label or the residue glue it leaves. Didnt go through the trouble of returning just disinfected with bleach.
