Pros
This is a healthier and more hygienic way to clean. I recommend this for those who suffer from hemorrhoids. I have a squatty potty stand, and now the refresh-it bidet.
Very pleased. Thanks amazon. It's an excellent product.
Easy peasy. Took my less than mechanically inclined husband about 10 minutes to install. Includes everything you need to install other than a pliers and screwdriver.
Cons
It kinda works as advertised, but it doesn't really do much. When you inquire about this needed part they say that the manual was a misprint and the reduction valve isn't really needed.

What they dont show you is that there is a gap that is created when you install the bidet

I dont know if it is my seat specifically or what i did wrong but when the seat and lid ate closed they no longer touched the toilet and the few times i sat down to test the plastic bolts popped off

It also leaked because i couldnt get the t coupler tight enough

If i can get it installed and working without leaking then ill gladly change to a 5 star because i really did like it
