I have been buying and returning these warranties all week because of non shipped items that premeire audio video never shipped my htib and i never knew that square trade doesnt take into account the tax and shipping charges when purchasing a warranty

So when choosing your next square trade warranty just look for the warranty the reflects the retail value only as to what costs ie 400500 for 10 year warnty ect

Long story short this is my 4th square trade warranty i have purchased 3 for laptops and i blew it not getting it on the other projector

They fixed my laptop the first time when i dropped it and broke the screen

They also gave me a refund of 100 percent of the purchase price of 2 year old laptop when they couldnt fix it
