When i told them how disappointed i was and spoke with a manager he suggested i go out of my way to make a paypal account which is very insulting after all the inconvenience

What squaretrade doesnt tell you is that you have to do all the foot work yourself acquiring the phone through apple having to go to the ups store and spending alot of time on the phone

Yes it was hassle free but only for shipping part
