I am impressed by the quality of the mat
Quality is excellent and on par with most gym mats at 7mm
The quality of the materials used are absolutly top natch and i am about to purchase one more to cover the entire exercise room
We tried it out and found that we’ll probably stick with the side for shoes facing up

Arrived quickly and perfect for a small home gym and great price
Packaging/appearance
First of the packaging was great very professional
Did not appreciate how it was dropped off with half the packaging gone
The problem i ran i to was anything plyo related killed me doing burpees was dangerous because our feet and hands would slip on the cement

I was expecting a much thicker pad since the title specifically states extra thick but it looked and felt pretty thin when i unwrapped it

There was a bit of a chemical smell to it at first but it quickly dissipated again we put this down in our garage so you might want to wait for a warmer day to open the windows if you plan to use this inside

Luckily mat was okay since it was inside a huge drawstring bag

On cement however this was not thick enough for comfort so we bought a piece of carpet pad and put under it
