Pros
For a bogey golfer, this club works and that's what counts. Has taken a couple strokes off my handicap. Can get you over a bunker with a tight pin.
The x-act is more stable around the greens than the regular irons it replaces. It’s a very heavy bladed putter with loft.
It looks good. It feels good and it works. Decided to buy the 55 degree.
Cons
For an old man, forget full swings. Try wrapping club in plastic wrap. Downhill or side hill lies or deep in the grass lies are a disaster. Based on the major club mfgs, the quality appears to be sub standard.

Takes a little getting used to with the putter style swing but gets easier after awhile
The first time i used it i was pleasantly surprised at the result
The confidence factor is a huge factor with the club
If i get good enough with the square strike on 60yard pitches i may also pull my lob wedge and start carrying the c3i purely as a sand club
Packaging/appearance
Even as my handicap lowers i don’t plan on ever taking this out of the bag
