My gripes are simply that one of the knobs broke in shipping though not significant enough to warrant contacting the company it seems indicative of product quality there are no markings on the vertical posts to ensure that the top bar will be level and on of the posts seems a wee bit wobbly

I use my backdrops on a weekly basis the muslins will get wrinkled if you do not fold them and put them away properly

The muslin carring case is pretty small and thin
