Pros

I was diagnosed with insertional achilles tendonitis. I have a shorter leg of 1 inch ( scoliosis) and when walking really causes lower back pain. I also have plantar fasciitis and find that the lift really relieves that too!

These inserts are a good fit for super flat shoes that have a high back such as high top sneakers (especially chucks, adidas), boots or booties. Womens shoe size.

Cons

They decrease steadily on a * and are not usable for. They are also very compressible, by between 1/8 to 1/4 inch, which makes them also unusable. Didn't fit probably in my sneakers at all. Very bulky and uncomfortable.

These are only. Use them only once. Don't waste your money. You heel sink in the cushion instead of given support. Not worth it in my opinion.
