I fell in love with the spyderco kitchen knives when i was visiting jackson hole wyoming about a decade ago

I still prefer the spyderco blades just wished i had known

But dang has the price on these skyrocketed

Extremely well made and for the price i dont think you can find better

My wife used one we have had for over 15 years until the blade fell out of the handle too many dishwasher cycles

Shaving sharp out of the box i expect many years of service from this little guy

Compared to highend german knives the blade is thinnergood and badlighter more flexible but less powerful

I have a larger spyderco santuku chefs knife for over 20 years and it is like new

My husband a spyderco fan gave one of these to his wife mother in law sister in law sister sisters brothers

Not had an issue on any spyderco folders with vg10cpm s3090v etc
