Pros
I recommend this for someone that likes to fidget. Its pretty small and much lighter than a standard balisong. I only wish the pen had black ink.
Ir you are a flipper, this is a great little gift. It’s a great gimmick for 10$ though. This is the natural step up for people like me that twirl their pens in-between their fingers.
Cons
It is plastic, kinda expected for the price, but it is also tiny, and the clips are intrusive. Very flimsy and feels cheap. This thing is a gimmick.
It writes, but not reliably, and is very uncomfortable to use.

Great for tricks and curing boredom i had a lot of fun with them the biggest problem is that they break so easily i have orders 3 and all have broken the same way i orderd a normal black one first but it broke at the part where one of the screws is the plastic around it broke so i ordered another one but in the grey version it arrived quickly but i had it for 3 days before it broke in the exact same way so then i ordered a bali to wing expecting it to be the best one it arrived and i was so excited i was doing tricks and fun stuff with it on the first day but then on the second day it broke at the same point it was one of the best feeling ones but i was sad when it broke even faster than the others
