Pros & Cons
Pros
I just had a newborn baby and needed a hot water dispenser to make baby formula (when breastfeeding is not available) nice for coffee and tea as well. The only thing i don't like is the plastic window in front that indicates the water level.
It remains plugged in 24 hrs a day and we just keep refilling it as needed.
Highlights
Quality
So easy to use and heats water very fast
Very easy to operate and very simple
After being filled to the line it reaches a boil within a few short minutes
After removing the screws i found that the plastic piece in the dispensing lid had burned and disintegrated
Price
It is acceptable with the price paid
