Use teflon tape, twice around the shower pipe in the direction of the threads -right/clockwise when facing pipe. No more spraying out the back side. This shower head makes my hair tangle-free, shiny, and super soft after showering.

The filters do need replacing often if you want to keep the water fresher and cleaner for longer but for our family, it's well worth it to replace the filters often. Had a sprite filter for years. It does well with filtering out all the junk. All 7 se... Read More

South florida has the hardest water of any state, and i'm renting a place that doesn't have a water softener. I have well water that is very rusty. I live in so cal where the water is very hard and i was used to it.

My skin is the softest it's ever been. My skin post shower skin hives are less now. My hair is not as dry either. Our family has very sensitive skin and scalps.

It's hard to explain, but it feels like heaven. Easy to assemble.

Cons

Shower apparatus says it removes chlorine. A year later, the water starts leaking out the back of it.
