Pros

This shower head is the fourth i've bought in many years. It seems very sturdy as well. Long cord helps keep it shine and soft.

Sprite water filters are must have if you have funky/hard water or difficult hair. It filters out the grit, chlorine and other junk that comes through the water. Easy to install and easy to change out.

Cons

The shower head with filter is too heavy for the holder, the holder keeps drooping down, and that is not safe. The rope is too long.

The shower is easy to install and works well until it doesn't. It leaks at both ends even with plumber’s tape. Product is cheaply constructed. Total waste of money and dud.
