Pros

The jacket is the perfect thickness. Bought 2 sizes, xs and s based on the description measurements. The xs fits me perfectly.

Wore it over a sweater (2 layers) and fit snugly in the chest and shoulders. On a lady, the shoulders are too big, but i just pretend i am back in the 80s with shoulder pads, lol. Wear it with jeans or dress pants.

Cons

Jacket feels far more cheaply made than the others. Ended up looking boxy and around the waist and the padding in the shoulders is non existent.
