Pros
Webmd site is a very trusted and helpful site. Since i already get turmeric frequently in my recipes, this is plenty for me.
Cons
This brand now just lists 'turmeric root' as it's active ingredient. It is the same turmeric that is sold as a spice in the grocery stores. If you are the type that only buys by price, you deserve the what you pay for.

Also amazon sells tumeric powder in large bags i bought a large bag about 6 months ago and i am still using it for my cooking

They might be useful for other things im told slippery elm bark is good for helping with stomach viruses but they just didnt do anything for my specific problem
