Pros & Cons
Pros
It's much faster than a regular nail set and hammer. A bit more controllable than a hammer and a normal nail set. Especially useful if you have a lot of nails to set, like after sanding old hardwood floors.
This thing is a game changer for a home diyer. Really helpful in setting those pesky nails. Will be ordering two more setting for son and grandson.
These things are amazing for finishing work on trim. Best tool ever. Built for perfection.
It's durable, super easy to use and is worth its weight in gold. Easily would recommend and definitely would buy again. I have a lot of trim to do and will be using it extensively going forward.
The best part is that one side strikes the other straight on. They do work as advertised. Works as intended.
Cons
It is totally a sales gemic or too complicated for me to figure out how to properly use. No way to contact anyone to get the other nail setter. Do not recommend.
