Pros
Product is sturdy. Made of stainless steel. No problems putting it in the dishwasher. A little pricy to purchase several.
It's great for baking or cooling. Just as pictured. Minor quibble is that the rack itself isn’t quite flat.
The 10 x 15 measures 9 15/16 x 14 7/8. I use it for, dry rub spare ribs, in the oven. The mesh is close enough that it works on small and large meatballs. I will enjoy using it as a bacon cooking rack and a pastry cooling rack.
This does the job, but cleaning it afterwards is a bit of a chore. Cleans well and has held up to a lot of use. The cleanup isn't bad at all.
Cons
After a few weeks of use, the rack is littered with permanent marks. This rack is definitely not stainless steel. It's a flimsy, lightweight, magnetic metal that is bent easily.
