Plastic is harsh on my ears. Even the slightest touch bumps them off. Seems as if one has a cardboard in the collar. I thing in really windy weather or on skis these would come off rather easily.

I am a petite woman with small ears and the size medium is still too small. If not, they're worthless for me.
