The zippered pocket is great for securing keys and other items you don’t want to risk losing. My car key fit well in the zipper pouch with room to spare. Fits my phone, key fob, cards and airpods.

Lip balm, kleenex. Easy to use, well made. Discreet black blends nicely. A little pricey but would recommend for sure.

Took it with me to belize in dec 2020. Bought one for my grandson who started in cross country running. She's an xs and has struggled in the past with running belts being too loose.

The velcro straps make it easily adjustable. The newer version with the snap buckle loosens easily. But the sweetest thing is the little tab on the velcro closure.

Cons

The belt is not adjustable, and the velcro is scratchy. The material is neoprene, which is not mentioned in the product details, in case you are allergic. The hook and loop has a flaw that makes it difficult to unhook the belt.
