Pros

These resistance bands are good for firming up and can be used in a lot of ways. The core is best addressed with setups and planks. Do squats and lunges with an ankle weights or a weight vest.

They’re durable and easy to use. The price is awesome for these. Since i use the tubing to do 14 exercises three times a week, very consistently, my use time is shorter.

Cons

The band attaches to the handle with plugs that protrude 1 and 3/8 inch inside the hand area. It is the very light band and has been very lightly used. No adjustments and the handle slips around.
