The food bookmenu was pretty worthless but thats not why i bought the product

The price is about the same for the three bands and door attachment but you wont get the instruction book case or dvd

Cant beat the price even with shippping fees added
I especially like the level 1 2 and 3 heavyduty cards with a regimen for different fitness levels

For those of you that lift weights regularly in a gym this can be used for those light days or when you cant make it to the gym

For those that dont go to the gym dont expect to bulk up it is very good for definition because of the range of motion that weights cannot replicate
