Pros
They are super comfy, immediately so, and warm. Never heard of sprayway, just going cheap in local shop. Bought for winter use dog walking in the south pennines.

Despite only wearing thin office socks my feet stayed warm though which really surprised me
Grips do let them down in my opinion too many lugs and not enough depth to them so not great over muddy boggy terrain
I walked through melting snow slush today and my socks did eventually get damp though not soaked
Price
I sound unhappy with them but for the small price paid i really like them

You can also feel the ground under foot somewhat

Plus i can buy three pairs of these compared to an entry pair of goretex

Id say for the average hiker these would be amazing but for hardcore walking in all weathers they might let you down
