I did finally get some live help and they werent very knowledgeable but i finally figured out that i was accidentally putting my spot into tracking mode and i didnt have that as part of my plan

What impressed me is that we sent an ok message from inside their home and it actually made it out and went to all the emails and cell phones where it was supposed to go

Many things can go seriously wrong and you wont be able to use any type of rescue device
