Pros & Cons
Pros
The combination of fiberglass poles and metal poles is much easier to assemble than the all aluminum poles of the older model. It's a handful to install the first time, in the dark with the wind blowing, by your self. Very flexible for setup configura... Read More
The tent bag has an extender zipper like the kind suitcases have. It has a zippered expansion section that can make the bag bigger. The pockets are brilliant.
The tent was easily fastened to my crossover with no issues. Although may needed more instructions on the van connections. We have a 2005 dodge ram 1500 with a tall topper and the truck has a small lift kit. Attaching it to the pickup was fun.
Only drawback is that the screen room is on the wrong side in a developed campground. This is not an issue for using the tent in more primitive or dispersed campsites but for use in state and national parks, the wider space in a campsite is almost alw... Read More

Woke up in the morning to a wet floor full of puddles across the entire floor. It appears that there was some kind of chemical spill between two layers at manufacturer in their packaging process.
Highlights
Quality
Quality materials and construction i will last a good long while
I was very impressed with the whole package
One problem seems to be quality of the netting it tears pretty easily and i’m pretty sure it was torn when i got it
I like other knuckleheads didn’t bother with the directions
Shipping
The shipping size is very tight to save on cost
Packaging/appearance
Was warm then poured down and windy the first night out
I put a folded up tarp in the screen room to stand on
Competitiveness
We sleep in the car hatch on a 6inch memory foam mattress so the space inside the tent is luxurious
This is a highquality tent with easy setup instructions included and videos on youtube
Likes the floor of the tent is a heavyduty rip stop material that reminded me of a highquality tarp
