These are incredibly thin and the pads feel thin and stiff. The thigh pads fit weird too and don't lay where they should. The pads for the thighs rotate between the legs. Spend the extra money on a more well made girdle.

Most skip knee pads catches up when older

Comfortable but knee pads are thin and don’t even go on your knee they slide off and your knees will hit the ground i deal with it but i recommend just getting a 5 pad girdle
