Pros

Great idea, not perfect in execution. But is portable, easy to use, and definitely helps w/neck pain. This neck brace is exactly what i needed as a passenger with my husband driving.

It's much more convenient than a heating pad and it's easier to wear.

Snuggly in place. The velcro adjustment gives you comfortable closure.

I love these, before it was difficult to get the ice/heat to stay in just the right place, now using these keeps it where it belongs and provides much better results. I have 5 different ice packs and this is the best light weight and comfortable.

Cons

Velcro barely holds, which is the point of using this, to be able to ice etc neck with support, closure to hold it. Too small. Tried to return at kohl’s but was unable.

Works decently as a cold or heat pack. Front strap scratches against the *. Not enough heat to provide any relief to one's neck. This is impractical to have to go through all this to try and get maybe 15 to 20 minutes worth of heat applied.

I have used my first 23x a day since july i have yet to see any compromise in the quality or performance of my sports brace

The ice jell pack helps with the swelling

But i was unimpressed with the heat

If you’re looking for a neck brace to offer support i would not recommend this product

Price

So this was a great compromise especially for the price

It isnt overpriced and shipping is not over priced

Competitiveness

I use the warm setting mostly at present as i have arthritis inmy neck muscles and this wrap certainly helps ease the situation
