It doesnt really fit snuggly or comfortably on my neck and velcro keeps coming undone

If it doesnt heat up in ten minutes then put some water drops on the inside and it will work

Firstly the sellers communication and support has been excellent after ordering the wrong size they kindly sent out a replacement smaller size straight away

I ordered this item after having spinal surgery on my neck and i dont know if the item got damage in transit but it did not heat up as much as l thought it should do just warm but apart from that it was very comfortable even though l had to send it back
