Assembly instructions said to make the nuts on the carrier bottom tight but then i could hardly pivot it down to let hatch door up

The bolts were too long cap covers did not bottom out so i used washers under cap bolt head and under nuts so covers fit

The lock provided for the clamp could be defeated if a battery operated hacksaw cut the bolt of the handle nut inside the lock

The ladies frame bike we have has a steep toptube that would make front tire too low but rack has ubolts on each bike clamp that can be matched to the bike so it hangs level if the tube can be placed into the vgroove of the clamp

If not put in receiver all the way still possible to open hatch without lowering bikes
