Size and threading is incorrect for a thule hitch rack. Tried another bolt to check and easily threaded on.
The customer service rep at thule in quebec thinks that amazon has been receiving counterfeit bolts from an unauthorized manufacturer. El tornillo es demasiado grueso. Made in china. Won't never buy anything from this company again.

It also fits at an upward angle but you cant put the key into the lock

This is a sportrack hitch pin bolt so may not work with other thule products

Using the washer and lock washer in a normal installation doesnt leave enough of the pin sticking out the side for the the locking mechanism to grab onto

So i left the washer off and that solved the problem

Lock really doesnt fit except at an odd angle pointing towards the ground
