Packaging/appearance
Once you get the hang of the tool it goes so much easier so i highly recommend you check youtube before getting to the bungees.
It was very difficult to attach the bungees until i figured out the twist tricks using the attacher.
Competitiveness
I'm over 300lbs 310 and my feet dont touch the ground or anything, great tension.
So far it is just as good as the expensive brands!
For the price it's every bit as good as it's $300 competitors.
I bought a set of replacement bungees and got it back up and bouncing.

I’ve tried in the past with other manufacturers to get it fixed if it broke say within 6 months to a year of using it.
