Pros & Cons
Pros
It’s berry sturdy. It's sturdiness is great and it's durability is great as well. The plastic bottom is well * in. This is a product i can recommend!
It does an excellent job of stretching my ankles. Using it to work on balance for over pronation. Like a giant fidget spinner for your whole body.
I use it on laminate flooring with either bare feet or in ballet slippers and it is working wonderfully. The surface provides a lot of support and doesn't let me slip. If you're a beginner use on carpet to make it a bit easier as it is slippery.
This is a great wobble board if you don't want to spend too much. The laminated plywood is really sturdy. I wish the underside ball part was smaller so it was harder to stay balanced.
Cons
It's a great bored, however wish there was a excersize book with it. The instruction sheet that is in the box says so. Also the bottom isn't completely round. Did not meet my expectations.
Highlights

The one knock i’d mention is the base that contacts the floor is hard plastic and not very stable on hard floors
