Pros
Pay attention to the sizing, and use the chart provided. The fabric is soft, stretchy and comfy. I prefer this belt to those with zippers - nothing falls out and everything is readily accessible without fiddling with a zipper.
Holds items securely and comfortably. Holds my cellphone great. It fits my iphone 12 and my car keys no problem.
This thing is worth every penny! It works well so far. Would recommend and buy again. Great experience. This stays put.
It feels like an extension of my running leggings, an extension with pockets! It has the athletic look and keeps items in place without bouncing around when i run. Don't have to fiddle much to get things out of it.
Cons
It's ok with just a phone, keys and maybe a pair of light gloves.

It’s obviously not water proof but you can just put your phone and keys in baggies if you were going for a run in the rain

I ordered a medium given the sizing guide i am right on the cusp but given this thing stretches might be worth going a size down if you are on the margin of two sizes
