Pros
The cover over the ball gives it a more stylish look so you don't feel like you are at a gym. The washable cover is sturdy and good quality material and seems to have been stitched well!
It is just the right height for my feet to reach the floor comfortably. It feels very stable to sit on, but rolls smoothly when i am switching between desks. Stability is great but the ball is really squeaky on the base.
I'm shocked this is basically the only product out there that satisfies all constraints! But kudos to them for designing and manufacturing it. Their customer service is top notch.
A pull out keyboard tray makes my keyboard & mouse several inches lower than my actual desk. This is because the base itself lifts the ball up by 10 cm.
The starfish ball chair is incredible! As a newborn photographer is super great to use to rock the babies! This starfish yoga ball is perfect!
Cons
The ball is flimsy and about at 60% so this $60+ product is totally unusable. The cover is so big it hangs over the sides with extra material. The instructions are useless. The illustration must have been drawn by a 5 year old.

They responded right away and agreed to send me the right product at no additional charge
Size with caster wheels and amazon sent me one without wheels twice

I love that this comes in two sizes but its so attractive everyone in the office wants to sit on it
Competitiveness
Tried another brand earlier that had some kind of useless seat back and their small was way too tall for height of person
I bought this thinking it would be a better alternative to a plain office chair for my desk in my classroom

But i did finish the inflation the next day with a bicycle pump which was made easy as the assembly kit came with an adapter for use with bicycle pumps
