Pros
The material is stiff and flexible enough to use it as a gasket mount. I park my car in the garage and bought this for the wall of the garage to prevent the car door from getting dinged. Used to put drip rails up on old car.
Cons
The product is only 12 inches in length and 54 inches in width. This most recent roll is also thicker than previous rolls and can no longer be cut on my plotter, making it useless.

Con can be difficult to manipulate and sometimes you get a roll like the photo attached

I didnt test it for waterproof capabilities but when several droplets of water dropped on one piece of neoprene it absorbed it and didnt let it get through to the bottom case of the keyboard

As it doesnt have memory foam capabilities you should probably look for some poron foam or some other material because the material wont bounce enough

Sadly there is a wrinkle in the material that goes across the short way right in the middle of the piece
