The quality is better than most of the high end shorts and their stitch work is top notch. These shorts are a nice snug fit. I'm a 76 year old retiree so that gives you a little perspective where i'm coming from.

The front side is not bulky like some brands and transitions to a thicker pad in the back. Lots of padding here. The cost isn't astronomical and they have great padding. Just make sure to wear a long tank/shirt to hide the padded area.

This is my first pair of spandex biking shorts with padding. No more saddle sores from frequent long rides. If you flip them over they are reflective for night rides.

Lbs and bought the xl size shorts and found they fit me comfortably. I fine the xl works for me.

The padding is very thin, and basically feels like a piece of foam with very minimal rebound. I’m an ok rider, probably do 20-30 miles per ride and nothing outrageously demanding. But this shorts become uncomfortable in less than an hour.
