Pros
Never smell a thing, super easy to pack around. Keeps mary j smell at bay, just smells like you were smoking a cig.
The casing to the sploofy feels nice. The product itself & their customer service is top notch!
The mouthpiece is very comfortable. There’s definitely a small leakage of smoke though.
Cons
The new design feels like a cheaper, thinner plastic. The original has a much nicer higher plastic material all around. This pro one is a huge downgrade imo.
The mouthpiece on this is just so odd. Hard to get a decent seal with your lips, so half the smoke just leaks out the corners of your mouth. It has a weird groove in the mouth piece that hinders the seal even more.
It works great for a few days, then it gets really hard to blow out into, and starts leaking through the part it connects to each other thru. Doesn't hold vapor at all. Barely any gets filtered.

It is lightweight effective at smoke odor elimination and easy to install and use
Ive made one cartridge last months up to a year this way with moderate use
No matter what i tried my sploofcontraptions would get clogged after a few uses and id always get the faint whiff of herb

It’s 100 worth the money if you’re living somewhere where you need to hide the smell

Seems to work better than that competition at a better price
So there truly is no comparison to any other personal smoke filter currently on the market
The competitor uses a plastic enclosure where you better have a good quality pair of scissors to open it
I’ve never tried the smoke buddy but honestly i don’t think i want to as it’s bigger than the sb like the size of a soda can

I wouldnt totally recommend it if youre combusting though because youll still have that smoke smell for obvious reasons but it does capture all the smoke

I use a bong so if you inhale remove the bowl and put it out quickly with water you’ll probably have light to no smell at all depending on how quick you move

Maybe not a lot 🍃smell but a burnt smell as i use a wick
