The zipper is a little hard to zip but overall i like the product

I have to tug to move the zipper even when the suitcase is empty

I am not sure if the zipper slides need to be in a specific place for it to lock regardless where i place them mine does not lock

The seller stated they upgraded the zipper so there would be less chance of it tearing apart
